As a founder of Charles Gabriel Partners, LLC Sean is a leader in our Finance, Corporate Planning & Development and Restructuring & Turnaround Divisions. Sean’s work comprises more than 20 years of experience across accounting, finance, and recruitment.
After beginning his career in finance and strategic planning he entered into search as an executive recruiter focused on finance, strategy and business development. After success in the search industry he spent many years as a lead recruiter in a “Big 4” accounting firm and a top management consulting firm. His extensive and diverse background gives him the advantage of being able to see the industry from multiple angles. His approach to business is straightforward, strategic, and guided by his essential understanding of current market conditions and their impact on the clients and professionals with whom he works.
Sean earned his Bachelor’s in Political Science with a minor in Economics from West Virginia University. He was also a varsity member of the University’s track and field team. He resides in Connecticut with his wife and two children.

As a founder of Charles Gabriel Partners, LLC Rich is a leader in our Accounting & Finance Division, contributing to the growth and success of this group by utilizing his industry background and resources to identify and match the most qualified talent to the unique requirements of each client we serve. Meeting the diverse needs of our clientele is our top priority.
Prior to Co-founding CGP, Rich held progressively responsible recruiting positions. After beginning his career in the search industry, he spent 12 years in a “Big-4” firm rising to the Director level. Additionally, his experience includes over 5 years with major Wall Street firms.
His knowledge of the marketplace enhances his ability and approach to finding and appropriately matching candidates. His commitment to personal and professional growth and a keen sense of judgment are what drive him to meet the needs of his candidates and clients alike while providing the highest level of service.
Rich earned a Bachelor’s in Psychology degree from The University of Bridgeport. He and his family currently live in Connecticut.
